AAH has become a symbol of what is possible in rural Africa and how caring communities in the United States truly can make a difference, one child at a time. Because AAH is operated entirely by volunteers in the U.S., donations go directly toward the benefit of Ugandan children in need. AAH invites you to join this life-changing effort.

Why sponsor a child at AAH?
For less than $1 a day, you can help clothe, feed and educate a Ugandan child in need. Each sponsorship ensures one child a spot at AAH which provides basic healthcare at the AAH Beatrice Tierney Clinic and an excellent, well-rounded education in an area where there are no good options.
Learn more about the AAH Child Sponsorship Program.
Become a Child Sponsor and give a child a more hopeful future. Fill out and return the AAH Child Sponsorship Form with your donation of $300 for a year or $25 per month by credit card.

Join our Email List
Signing up for the AAH Email list will put you in the loop as to upcoming events, activities and the progress of AAH. Submit your email address in the “Join our Email List“ box at the top of this page or send an email to ArlingtonAcademyHope@yahoo.com with 'Sign me up for the AAH Email List' in the subject line.
Organize an AAH Fundraiser
Hosting a fundraiser can be a great way to support AAH and get your friends and neighbors involved at the same time. For example, if you invite 15 friends over with a suggested donation of $20 each for a charity movie night (perhaps showing movies about Africa or education), you can raise $300 in one evening. For other ideas or to get some materials for a fundraiser, like copies of our brochure, child sponsorship materials and annual report, email ArlingtonAcademyHope@yahoo.com.

| Wamundu Secondary Scholarship Fund |
AAH students are defying the odds against them. One hundred percent (100%) of the first two classes to graduate from AAH were eligible to go on to good secondary schools. Scholarship support from AAH provides critical financial assistance, mentoring and oversight to ensure they can continue on with their education. In Uganda, only fourteen percent (14%) of students make it to secondary school and even fewer from rural areas. To ensure these hardworking kids can continue their schooling, AAH set up the Wamundu Fund for the Future to raise money for scholarships. An average scholarship for one year costs $1,000 and covers the cost of tuition, books, uniforms, room and board and other secondary school fees.
